This planner is broken out into a few different components:
- Yearly Calendar: Set and see your goals for the year.
- Monthly Calendar: The monthly calendar can be viewed in full on two pages. There’s a monthly task checklist as well as a Goal Setting for Personal and Work.
- Weekly Calendar: View your entire week in two pages. The week starts out on a Monday and ends on Sunday. It allows you to customize your own schedule and at the end of each day a “dinner” section is listed for you to easily plan your meals for the week. There are three different sections where you can customize your checklists.
